Waratah
Botanic Name : Telpoea speciosissima

Also known as New South Wales Waratah.

One of Australia’s most glorious plants. A hardy evergreen shrub to 4m (13′) and 2m (7′) wide with large, brilliant crimson flowers 7-10cm (3-4″) across in Spring and Summer. A most striking garden plant and cut flower. Drought and frost resistant.
