A fabulous profusion of large blooms in multiple colours over several months from late Winter to Summer. A hardy perennial plant to 1m (3′). Excellent for cut flowers or for drying and preserving.
One of a group of flowers referred to as Strawflowers which lights up much of the Australian bushland in various habitats with a thick carpet of varied colours and thrills thousands of visitors from all over the world, especially when grown among wildflowers of contrasting colours, especially whites, purples, blues and pinks. Beautifully enhances almost any garden setting.

Avoid windy conditions when opening the packet.
Wildflower Seed Starter granules can be beneficial for germination but not essential for this species.
